立式混合機(jī)主要受料斗，垂直攪龍，機(jī)殼，卸料活門，支架和電機(jī)傳動部分組成。立式混合機(jī)是靠垂直攪龍拋散物料而達(dá)到混合。因其主要是靠擴(kuò)散原理進(jìn)行混合的，所以混合時間較長，一般一批飼料的混合時間為15—20min。立式混合機(jī)的優(yōu)點是配套功率小，占用面積小，可與其他設(shè)備配套使用，也可單獨使用。混合時間短，混合質(zhì)量高，生產(chǎn)效率快，且卸料后機(jī)內(nèi)殘留物料較少。所以在大中型飼料廠中很受青睞，也能用于加工預(yù)混合飼料。一般小型畜牧場飼料加工車間或機(jī)組的干粉料混合得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。
